STANDARDS OF CONDUCT — RESTATEMENT
The behavioural standard, restated in full, because a rule nobody can find is not a rule.

- PUBLIC
GRIMM operates one behavioural standard and it fits on a page. Longer documents do not produce better conduct, they produce documents nobody reads and a moderation team that quotes clause 14.3 at people.
The standard
- Do not be a bigot. There is no interesting edge case here.
- Do not harass anyone, in channel or out of it.
- Do not bring interpersonal conflict from elsewhere into GRIMM spaces.
- Do not cheat, exploit, or otherwise make other people's time worthless.
- If you are asked to stop something, stop it first and argue about it afterwards.
How this is enforced
Directly and quietly. Enforcement is communicated to the people involved. It is not announced, it is not posted publicly, and it is not put to a community vote. Public moderation theatre is entertaining for spectators and corrosive for everyone else.
